Tagged Again!

10 years ago I was:
A senior in high school...on the final stretch to graduation. I was busy with cheerleading, hanging out with friends like Anne, Ashley, & Josh. I knew I'd gotten in to BYU for that Fall...

5 Things on My T0-Do list today:
Buy a new pair of maternity jeans
Buy a bigger bra (I'm sure you're glad to know that...it is way overdue:)
Eat
Take a shower
Update my registries

Can anyone see the general theme here? I'm about to have a baby, I'm lazy, and fully enjoying it while I can:)

Snacks I enjoy:

Right now, the only craving I can really say I have had being pregnant is orange juice...I drink so much of it. It's pretty funny that when I'm not pregnant I crave anything fattening and when I am pregnant I crave something healthy. I guess my poor baby is like, mom...could you hold off on donuts for a minute and give me something healthy??

Not to say I have cut back on all the fattening things I enjoy:)

What would I do if I suddenly became a billionaire:
Buy a house or two or three...
Hire a personal shopper, trainer, hair stylist, and make-up person
Plan lots of vacations

8 Places I've Lived:
Philadelphia, PA
Whittier, CA
Bakersfield, CA
Provo, UT
Laie, Hawaii
Huntington Beach, CA
Brea, CA
Torrance, CA

5 Jobs I've Had:
-File organizer at my Dad's dentist office
-"Sandwich Artist" at Subway (as I liked to call it) (I still get frustrated everytime I go to Subway because I just don't feel they are doing it right!)
-Waitress at Buck Owen's Crystal Palace (the funnest job ever)
-an underground hair business (when I lived in Hawaii I made money by weaving people's hair...I'm not licensed and the hair salon in town got mad at me at one point...so it was on the DL)
-a high school teacher (everything from subbing, teaching health (sex ed..haha!), english, and math)

5 Things You Don't Know About Me:
-I am allergic to running...at least I claim that I am. I seriously get all red and itchy on the fronts of my legs when I run and I read once that I should take an antihistamine before I run...that's my story and I'm stickin to it!
-I am a klutz...oh wait, everyone probably knows that about me:) I misjudge doorways all the time and slam my shoulder into it. I hit my head practically every time I get out of my car. I have had several concussions...everything from tripping and knocking myself out on the reef in Hawaii, to falling off the roof of my house when I was in high school....ok, I am realizing I should probably stop sharing:)
-My favorite thing to do is hip hop dance
-I absolutely LOVE the drums and could watch a good drummer do his thing all day.
-One of my dreams is to sing with a black gospel choir backing me up...this is no joke...it has been my dream for like 15 years and I will make it come true one day!

I will tag Court, Val,...and Lauren (to kick off starting your blog)

Superbowl

This was our superbowl party at my Aunt Trina's house...complete with good food and:

playing Rock Band afterwards!

Hangin with mom and dad

My parents came down for my dad's birthday a few weekends ago...in case you're wondering about the Ku Klux Klan hat...it is actually a birthday hat that I made myself:)

The next day my mom and I went and got pedicures while my dad and Marc worked on my scrapbooking desk (it is almost done!!)

Lamaze class

Isn't this the most flattering picture?? I got picked to demonstrate the cat stretch in class. My camera was in my purse and I guess Marc found this to be a great photo opportunity:)
We have only been to 2 out of the 6 classes so far, but let me tell you...it is worth EVERY penny...Marc has to give me massages!!! Who knows, I may keep having us take the class even after the baby is born:) We have found that all the "hee-hee-hoos" make me yawn a lot, and make Marc practically pass out...so I don't know how helpful that will all be at the time of delivery...Of course at this point, I am 100%planning on the epidural...so let's just pray I don't have to use the hee-hee-hoos. But the class is awesome...we get a lot of questions answered there, and it makes us anticipate the baby coming...and, let's not forget the relaxation techniques...massages!!!

New Couch

I am sad to say that tucking in slipcovers is no longer part of my daily routine. Yeah right:) We are SO excited because we got new couches!!! Thanks to mom and dad we get to live the dream...Marc in the corner seat and me laying on the chaise.
