Mother's Day

I was so excited to have my first Mother's Day! I love my little boy so much!

Even though I look so sleep deprived in this picture (as I've looked every day for 6 weeks:)...my present from Marc was actually a full night of sleep! He got up in the night with Jake and I slept in the other room...it was wonderful!

I picked the appropriate pj's for Jake the night before...

It's so crazy how time flies...this is me, Jeff, and Timmy as babies...

Cool outfit...or not?

I put these camo pants on Jake and came downstairs announcing to Marc that he had on his cool outfit...Marc said that it's "coolness" was ruined by the shirt...he said what cool kid wears a shirt that says his favorite things are his mommy, hugs, and kisses? I said a confident kid, that's who!

Our Anniversary

Marc and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary on the 23rd. We didn't get out of the house until after 5:00...I had been trying to get a decent nap the whole day:) But finally we got out and went on a walk at the beach (with Jacob of course). We got ice cream, picked up dinner, and watched a movie back at home.

Marc is the greatest dad already...he loves to play with Jake and is already the one who can get Jake's face to light up.

Plus, Marc changes lots of diapers, gets up in the night with him, and takes naps with him. Jake doesn't even know yet how lucky he is to have his dad!
